Chiropractic & Workers Compensation

The majority of people who present to a chiropractor with a work related injury have a spine that was pre-stressed by pelvic and spinal asymmetry prior to their accident, or have a long history of untreated spinal problems. This means that their spine was a lot more susceptible to injury than it should have been prior to injury.

A chiropractic consultation will identify any areas of structural weakness that are susceptible to work related injuries and correct them before an injury occurs at a fraction of the price that it takes to correct the problem once pain and inflammation have started.

Employers can be proactive about workers compensation claims and offer chiropractic treatments to staff. This ensures that their staff are happy and working efficiently (free of pain); the employer saves money on workers compensation claims and rising insurance premiums; and the number of sick days taken due to pain is reduced.

For the employee correcting pelvic and spinal asymmetry returns the spine to optimal strength.

This means less time off work, more full time pay, less injuries in the future, and ultimately less spinal arthritis.

Chiropractic can prevent unnecessary injuries and return injured workers to normal duties quickly.
